Sound baths can often elicit colorful visions, vivid dreams or enlightenment. Guests lie fully-clothed in a comfortable space to absorb the melodious sounds and healing vibrations of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums and more. Participants encounter health advantages such as stress relief, improved sleep, reduced bodily pain and an elevated mood.

Vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) is a type of sound therapy that involves passing pure low frequency sine wave vibrations into the body via a device with embedded speakers.
Vibroacoustic Therapy sessions can be a very special and memorable experience. Using therapeutic music composed of binaural beats and healing frequencies, VAT activates the parasympathetic nervous system (the body's relaxation center) to reduce stress in the body.

Vibrational Bowl Therapy

By placing therapeutic Tibetan singing bowls directly on the body, the sound and vibration can be used to re-tune the body to health.
